Shipping & Tracking

Where We Ship
CK Organizers ships within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes.

Retail Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all retail orders within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after shipment, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather or carrier delays.

Wholesale Shipping
Shipping charges are additional for wholesale orders. A CK Organizers team member will contact you within 1 business day after your order is placed to coordinate shipping arrangements. We can calculate shipping costs and bill you separately before shipment, or you may use your own carrier account.

Order Tracking
Once your order is prepared for shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates begin when the carrier receives and scans your package.

If you don’t receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact info@ckorganizers.com with your order number.

Shipping Address Changes
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. For corrections, contact us promptly at info@ckorganizers.com. Changes may not be possible once your order has been processed.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages
Please contact info@ckorganizers.com with your order number for assistance. For damaged items, include photos of the product and packaging, and retain the packaging while we review the issue.
