Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Eligible Return Requirements

Your item must be sent back in new condition or the same condition it was received. Please return it in the white box it came with along with the clear plastic blister packaging for the earring organizer.

To begin a return, please fill out the contact form on this returns page. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a pre-paid return shipping label to your email that you provided with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Items sent back without requesting a return label will not be accepted as a return. Therefore, please do not send items back on your own.
  • We offer free returns but do not credit the original shipping costs.

If approved, refunds are automatic to your original payment. However, please recognize that your bank or credit card provider needs time to process and post the refund.
